Damien Bielli published an article on HOA contracts in Attorney at Law Magazine! The article highlights the importance of contracts in HOAs and how they can use different types of contracts, legal services, and negotiations to help benefit the association. "As a fiduciary of its members, the board of directors has an obligation to enter into a contract with the best interest of the association at the forefront," said Damien. "It is highly recommended and encouraged that the HOA brings in an attorney to assess and review the material...
