Tomorrow, our Florida Bar President Sia Baker-Barnes, the YLD President Arti Hirani, and Florida's Supreme Court Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz will present the Pro Bono Service Awards to 25 lawyers and three organizations at the Florida Supreme Court Building at 3:30 pm. ✨

For the final day of our countdown, we want to highlight the winner of the highest award you can receive for pro bono service in Florida, the Tobias Simon Pro Bono Service Award. This year, Stephen R. Senn, a lawyer from Lakeland, will receive the award. 🏆

His over 30-year career is defined by his commitment to pro bono service. In the past five years alone, he has donated more than 1,000 pro bono hours. We are all so proud of Steve Senn, who will be presented with the 2026 Tobias Simon Pro Bono Service Award by Chief Justice Carlos G. Muniz in a ceremony at the Supreme Court of Florida tomorrow. This honor is the highest recognition conferred by the Florida Supreme Court for pro bono service provided by a private practice attorney. Since 1990, Steve has volunteered thousands of hours of free legal representation for some of the state's most vulnerable.
