🏡 Florida Real Estate Market Update! 🌴

Think the market has “crashed?” Not quite. Here’s what’s actually happening in Florida:

📈 Median home prices are still holding strong around $420K-$425K statewide.
🏠 Inventory has grown to about 4.7 months of supply, giving buyers more choices than they’ve had in years.
⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell, averaging around 70-85 days, which means pricing your home correctly is more important than ever.

So… is it a buyer’s market or a seller’s market?

👉 My answer: It’s a smart market. Buyers have options. Sellers can still make great money—but only if they have the right strategy.

☀️ BREAKING NEWS: Summer is almost over.

That means it’s time to pretend we accomplished everything on our summer to-do list. 😂

✔️ Took one vacation.
✔️ Ate enough hot dogs for the entire neighborhood.
✔️ Spent way too much money at Target for “just one thing.”
❌ Finally bought or sold that house… 😬
