Sometimes the right change can make a BIG difference. 🏡

After listening to buyer feedback on Bridgeview Dr, we worked with our sellers to update the kitchen countertops and backsplash.

We planned to photograph the updates and refresh the marketing—but before we could even take the new photos, the home went pending. 🙌

And now, Bridgeview is officially SOLD!

From her creative marketing ideas and behind-the-scenes magic to jumping in and helping with whatever is needed, she is always willing to say, “Sure, I can help!” — even when we’re pretty sure she has enough on her plate already! 😂

Her creativity, dedication, flexibility, and willingness to tackle just about anything are a HUGE part of what makes our team work so well.

After 6 years, we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her! (And we really don’t want to find out! 😉)
