On May 6th, BWLACF hosted the final power luncheon of the bar service year, proudly sponsored by , The Power of the Ask: Say It. Claim It. Connect. 🤝✨

Moderated by our 1st VP, Rebekah Taylor, the afternoon was all about intentional growth. Attendees shuffled their seats to sit with someone new, sparked fresh conversations, and built deeper connections. 🎤

Building Bridges at Barry! ⚖️✨

On April 21st, BWLACF had a productive afternoon at the Orlando Bar Fair at ! We joined forces with several Central Florida Bar Associations to welcome the next generation of legal professionals. 🤝

The Brevard County Pop-Up Mixer was a total success! ✨ The Black women attorneys of Brevard County truly embodied the spirit of connection and fellowship. 🤝⚖️

BWLACF proudly applauds our Secretary, Coretta Anthony-Smith, for completing her term as the 2025 President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyer Association (CFTLA).

During her tenure, Coretta focused on strengthening professional ties within the legal community. A key achievement of her presidency was the implementation of a new event series dedicated to fostering ongoing dialogue and relationship-building between CFTLA members and the civil judiciary. 🤝✨
