THEY WERE READY TO CLOSE… UNTIL THE FINAL WALK THROUGH 👀

A Central Florida buyer thought everything was good to go after inspections and repairs were finished.

Then came the final walk through.

Suddenly, things that were originally part of the home were nowhere to be found:
🚫 Kitchen appliances had been replaced
🚫 Ceiling fans disappeared
🚫 Light fixtures were removed

Good thing we document everything throughout the transaction with photos and video.

In Florida real estate, even with AS-IS contracts, certain items attached to the property are still expected to stay unless specifically excluded in writing.

What should have been closing day quickly turned into:
⛔ Delayed funding
⛔ Last-minute negotiations
⛔ Items needing to be reinstalled
⛔ Another property check before closing could happen

A final walk through is not something buyers should rush through.

It’s your last opportunity to make sure the home you’re buying is the same home you agreed to purchase before signing at the closing table 🔑
