Priscilla Arzivian Realtor Since starting my Real Estate career in 2011 here in Volusia /Flagler county area - I have seen the market conditions change drastically. Nothing is static.

In this business you are only as good as the day before. Over the years I have extensive experience in all market conditions - ranging from listing Luxury homes to navigating the distressed market ; such as foreclosures & Shortsales. This past year in 2021/ 2022 posed MANY challenges for buyers and their respective agents - but thru experience and having the right tools in my toolbox - so to speak I am pleased to share I have assisted several satisfied sellers/buyers in the current multiple offer situation conditions and have WON . Community and professional involvement is a part of who I am . As of recent in last 3 years I have served on the Realtor/Attorney Committee ,MLS committee, and taught Flex camp at our local real e2/3 years to our 2000+ agent network in Volusia on topics such as Real Estate statistics and mls technology . Don't be discouraged with trying to sell in January. There is an audience for ๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฆ market ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“ ๐๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ of the year .
