The fight isn’t over.

While Suffolk County has reached a proposed settlement, the Nassau County red light camera class action is still ongoing — and our firm continues to fight for Nassau County ticket holders. The Appellate Division previously ruled that Nassau’s red light camera charges above the limits set by state law were unlawful, and the case is currently back on appeal over whether those fees must be repaid.
