TlC Group Services is a bilingual tax preparation service firm which provides income tax services, corporate tax preparation,sale tax preparation, tax problem help, bookkeeping services,back tax return preparation, and tax amendment preparation for individuals, small businesses, and small corporations for an affordable flat fee.

Our Mission

Our company strongly believes in lasting relationships with our clients and excellent customer service support. We don’t just input numbers into a computer and create your return in 15 minutes. Rather, we care and listen to each of our clients. We pick up the phone, reply to text messages, and email back to all of our clients in a timely manner. You can expect us to ask lots of questions, to understand what you do and how you do it — and then find every legitimate deduction. We control the interview, but we encourage the client to become involved and ask questions. Our goal is to get their tax as low as possible or to get a bigger refund approved by the law. The software handles the mechanical side, but we cannot lower the tax or get a bigger refund unless we put ourselves in our client's’ shoes.
