🚨 FLORIDA DRIVERS — IMPORTANT LEGAL UPDATE 🚨

Florida’s new license plate law is now in full force, and it’s catching a lot of people off guard.

Under § 320.061, effective October 1, 2025 (House Bill 253), any object that obscures or alters a license plate can result in a criminal misdemeanor. That includes:

🔹 Dealer frames
🔹 Vanity frames
🔹 Decorative covers
🔹 “Clear” shields
🔹 Tinted protectors
🔹 Spray-on coatings
🔹 Reflect
