We’re Hiring: Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal
Baggett McCall is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Paralegal to join our growing team.
If you have 5+ years of personal injury experience, exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize a high-volume caseload in support of attorneys
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
• Track deadlines, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely case progression
• Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, plus detailed deposition and medical summaries
• Assist attorneys during trial, as needed
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of personal injury law experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
