Such a busy Broker Preview today! Broker Previews have changed over the years. What used to be a great place for Realtors to caravan and discuss new listings and market trends, has become more of a “trapped” sales forum for mortgage, escrow, title and insurance agents to corner the listing agent since they are a captive audience for 4 hours. Seriously though, I understand and respect the hustle, and I always meet great people. But TODAY, it was how a Broker Preview was originally intended. I had over 18 agents come through, and 4 were “repeats” that came specifically to see our design and staging work (oh my!). And it was wonderful to get live feedback, and feel the “buzz” of a new listing. This property has over 5000sf of living space, 2 separate guest quarters and that private “compound” feeling. Located in Bear Brand Ranch and priced under $4M, I am very proud of this project, and the estate itself. DM me for details or a private showing.

This was an enormous project, done in a tiny time frame. I was humbled and overwhelmed by the work my team put in to make today’s deadline. Most of us left after midnight last night, and we’re back at 7am this morning! I am so grateful for the amazing people that help me on every project: Alberto, Elias, Armando, Joseph, Jae, Juan, Jael, David, Mom AND we had the very talented help us on this one. Thank you all!

Getting the staging done on 5 Riverstone was a beast! For such a high end home, we knew we needed top of the line furniture, wall art and decor. It all started when we went to market in April. Then, we waited months for our orders, and due to Covid, of course waiting for furniture is a whole other challenge! We had a wonderful time with Uttermost at Market. We had a Vision (pardon the pun), and they helped us achieve it. Then, when I had a challenge assembling some benches, I had a personal house call from Uttermost to assist. That’s what I call service. So, this post is dedicated to the wonderful people
