I had the pleasure of working with Kevin as an expert witness retained by my client in a case involving allegations of wrongdoing by a third-party off-duty police officer working a security detail at a business establishment. The issues in the case were broader than alleged negligence on the part of the police officer, and involved allegations of direct negligence on the part of my client.
