⚾️🏆 Congratulations to the Reds — 2026 Lafayette Little League 6U T-Ball Champions! 🏆⚾️

Hightower Law Firm was honored to sponsor this talented team throughout the season as they worked hard, grew together, and earned a hard fought championship victory!

A special thank you to Coaches Henri Hebert (Justine Hebert), Matt Doucet, and Jonathan Foreman, along with the dedicated dugout dads, supportive parents, grandparents and siblings who made this season so memorable.

We especially loved watching Michael Hightower, the son and grandson of Hightower Law Firm partners Trey Hightower and Tommy Hightower, score the winning run off of a walk-off double by one of his best friends — a moment these boys will never forget! ⚾️💍

Organizations like Lafayette Little League play an important role in our community — teaching young athletes the value of teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, and hard work both on and off the field.

Last Thursday, November 6, our partner, Trey Hightower was formally sworn in as President of the Lafayette Bar Association & Foundation (LBA) for the upcoming year. The Honorable Judge Tommy Duplantier administered the oath of office to Trey and the incoming Board of Directors.

In a meaningful full-circle moment, Trey was introduced by his father and founding partner of the firm, Tommy Hightower. Tommy is past president of the Lafayette Bar Association, and the duo became the first father and son to serve as presidents of the LBA, which is a testament to the firm’s longstanding commitment to service and integrity in Acadiana’s legal community.

Trey’s leadership and service continue to make us proud, as he devotes countless hours to the advancement of his profession and our area. His dedication to the Lafayette Bar Association, the legal community, our firm, and his clients, friends, and family, was on full display on Thursday.

On behalf of Trey and the Hightower Law Firm, we extend sincere appreciation to the LBA staff for their tireless efforts in organizing this year’s banquet and for their continued dedication throughout the year. Hightower Law Firm was a proud sponsor, along with Crawfish Acadiana Louisiana Lawn Management Stric-Lan Co. and Young Anesthesia Services, LLC, of the Lafayette Little League 6U Tee Ball All-Star team that won the 2025 Louisiana Little League State Championship last night!

The win was a true team effort with several clutch plays in the field and in the batter's box. The boys' hard work all summer paid off, as they secured the victory in spectacular fashion, with a 1-2-3 inning in the top half of extra innings and a walk-off hit in the bottom half!

The Hightower family was particularly proud of Trey's twin sons, Thomas and Joseph, who made some nice plays in extra innings to contribute to the victory.

As you can see from the video, the team had great support from our Lafayette community to help them come out on top. Thank you to all who came out to show your support and congratulations to the Champs!
