"I was introduced to this opportunity through a business networking group I belonged to. Ironically, I was there to promote my cosmetic business, but instead I found an excellent service and opportunity that fit my needs.
Thanks to the mentorship of my Team NuVision family, my LegalShield business has afforded me many blessings. Time is something you can’t buy, but if you work your business on your terms, you can make the decision to allocate your time to what’s most important to you. For me, that has meant time with my mother, , prior to her passing. She was my biggest cheerleader!
I’ve had time to grow an amazing relationship with my husband, Joey, and treat him to all-expenses paid trips to places like the Bahamas and Jamaica and more. I’ve had precious time to spend with my adult son, Zachary, and to build a strong relationship with my bonus kids, Sophie and Blaine. Last but not least, I’ve had time to focus on being healthy and even help others do the same!

I am a lawyer specializing in corporate litigation. I was in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 company. That company went bankrupt in 2002, and I left on a voluntary severance package. I wanted to start my own business, but I had no idea what type of business to start. I didn’t want to start a law firm. But I also didn’t want to turn my back on my profession either. Then I stumbled upon the LegalShield opportunity on the internet. It was related to the legal profession, yet it provided me with a vehicle to start my own business with very little cost. It was a tried-and-true opportunity I could feel passionate about.
Now, I work for myself and set my own schedule and work with whomever I choose. I can help people get access to the legal system without having to charge them a high fee.
I can get out of the business what I put into it. As I help others succeed, I also succeed. I love the membership. I can help others by getting the membership into their hands, and I can make unlimited money by doing so.

For many years, I worked as an executive assistant in manufacturing, private colleges, real estate and insurance. The diverse experience I gained provided me with knowledge and the desire to do more and to do something different.
I was looking for that something different when I was introduced to LegalShield by a former NFL player who had become successful with LegalShield. I decided to give it a try, not ever having previously considered getting out of my comfort zone of the day-to-day working world to which I was accustomed. It was the best decision I ever made.
Living in Charlotte in 2001, I began working with LegalShield on a part-time basis. I decided to focus on the B2B side of the business. Having worked in human resources, I could relate to offering employee benefits, and I had some good contacts. I love working with employees who get excited about having access to affordable legal services and identity theft protection.
LegalShield has provided me a chance to work from home and watch my two grandsons, Duncan and Boyd, grow up and be a part of the experience. My family, especially my husband, Keith, has supported me along the way, and I am truly grateful.
