Do I have any friends that are licensed and experienced with CCTV and are an access control technician? Must have a valid passport and be willing to work remotely (domestically and internationally) for up to a week (possibly longer) at a time. Must be able to self-manage.

If you have the experience and proper license, and are interested in an opportunity, send me a message (not a comment).

DID YOU KNOW that Louisiana's Civil Code provides for an "Authentic Act", which is different from Common Law states which provide only for acknowledgements after the fact. This means that an Authentic Act is executed in front of the notary and as such requires no further proof of its content or the identity of the parties. There are specific requirements for an act to be considered an Authentic Act and there are specific acts that are required to be in authentic form.

Article 1544 of the Louisiana State Constitution provides (in part) that "A donation inter vivos is without effect until it is accepted by the donee.
