FROM BUYERS:

❓ “Is now a good time to buy?”
✅ If the numbers work for your life and you plan to stay for at least 3-5 years, yes. Timing the market is a guessing game. Buying when you’re ready is a strategy.

❓ “How much do I actually need to put down?”
✅ Less than you think. FHA is 3.5%. Some conventional loans are 3-5%. There are also down payment assistance programs in Acadiana worth exploring.

❓ “Should I wait for rates to drop?”
✅ Maybe but while you wait, prices may rise. And you can always refinance later.

FROM SELLERS:

❓ “How do I know if I should price lower to sell faster?”
✅ It’s not about going low… it’s about going accurate. An overpriced home sits. A well-priced home creates competition.

❓ “Do I need to renovate before listing?”
