It can absolutely help organize disclosure packets, summarize reports, and make large amounts of information feel more approachable. Used correctly, it’s an incredibly helpful tool.

But here’s the important part: AI cannot replace experience, context, or careful reading. In Lamorinda real estate, nuance matters. A single note from a vendor or inspector can completely shift the understanding of a property, and that’s not always something AI fully understands.

Our advice? Use AI as a resource, not a replacement. Let it help you navigate the paperwork more efficiently, but still take the time to read the disclosures, ask questions, and lean on trusted professionals. 📑✨
