Electronic Notarization – Did You Know?

You may have heard that many states permit Remote Online Notarizations (known as “RON”) under certain conditions. However, in California, RON is not permitted. In fact, California law has always required a person to appear personally before a notary to obtain notarial acts.

There is good news, though. I am able to notarize your documents using a special technology that most ordinary notaries don’t have. The signer still must appear in person but now there is no messy ink thumbprinting or manual recording personal information in a musty old journal. Just a clean, quick, hi-tech signing at no extra cost.
