This is why I love supporting small business owners. I placed an order with Nancy, whom I’d I had met in New Berlin at a farmers market and I fell in love with her soap.
One of the bars I ordered was out of stock, so I asked her to just replace with something else and I’ll place another order later on. Not only did I receive another package (I hadn’t placed another order yet) with the soap that had been out of stock, but she also sent me some goodies. Such sweet service- I encourage you to try her handmade soaps, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Nancy!
