At the tender age of four his family moved from Guadalajara, Mexico to Los Angeles where he grew up. Throughout his childhood he struggled with academics but his perseverance and determination to help his family; he enrolled into the University of Irvine in 1975 where he was there until 1977. After completing his second year at UCI he then transferred to the University of California Los Angeles wh

ere he received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics in 1979. After graduating he then worked in several banks like Security Pacific Bank and Great Western Bank. In 1988 Hector started his own business in the Real Estate Field and he has continued with it for the past 25 years; on November 17,2007 Hector opened Alliance One Mortgage. Héctor Zaragoza viene de una familia con cuatro hermanos y una Hermana. A la edad de cuatro años su familia se movió de Guadalajara, México a Los Ángeles. Creciendo Héctor tuvo muchos retos en sus estudios pero con la determinación que tenía para ayudar a su familia a la edad de 18 años en 1975 se matriculo en la Universidad de Irvine donde estudio por dos años. En 1977 se transfirió a la Universidad de Los Ángeles (UCLA) donde recibió su bachillerato en Economía en 1979. Después de la universidad trabajo en varios bancos como Security Pacific Bank y Great Western Bank. En 1988 Héctor empezó su propio negocio de Buenas Raíces algo que ha continuado por 25 años. El 17 de noviembre 2004 fue cuando abrió Alliance One Mortgage.
