HEY EVERYONE IM TRYING TO HELP A FAMILY LOOK FOR A NEW 3 BEDROOM IN THE WHITTIER CA LA SERNA DISTRICT. THEYRE CURRENTLY ON SECTION 8 AND ARE VERY GOOD WITH PAYING THEIR BILLS AND TAKING CARE OF THE PROPERTY. ITS AN EMREGENCY AND WE NEED TO HELP THEM BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH. WHO HAS SOMETHING THEY CAN RENT?

Whats cookin in your home kitchen tonight! The one thing I love about our home is our kitchen and the amazingness that comes out of it. One of my wife's favorite dishes that I make is......WELL EVERYTHING! LOL But she never stops bragging about my steaks. Here's some tips to help you with your Steak game.
1. Proper Seasoning - I use a salt & pepper grinder along with garlic powder to taste.
2. Let the meat rest - I typically like to bring the meat to room temperature.
3. Weather you use a Cast Iron Skillet or a flat pan is up to your preference. When I have the time I like to use our Cast Iron.The reason I mention time is because the upkeep for a Cast Iron can be a bit time consuming LOL
4. Bring your pan up to a high heat and oil your pan. Olive Oil has a lower burn temp so I like to use veggie oil. Lightly coat the pan and drop a couple table spoons of butter in the pan. (If you're burning your butter the temp of the pan is to high)
5. Grab your meat and throw it into your pan...LOVE THAT SIZZLE
6. If your meat is about an inch thick cook it on one side for about 3 minutes for a meduim rare steak and than flip and duplicate.
7. At this time throw some more cubes of butter into the pan( to your liking) and throw some crushed garlic and time into the pan.
8. Start to baste your meat with the butter mix in your pan.
9. When you've cooked your meat to your liking, Rare, Medium, Well-Done, is up to you (I prefer medium rare) take your meat out of the pan and let it sit for 5-8 minutes allowing the juices to flow back into the meat.
10. Cut, serve and enjoy!
