It all starts here. Clearing all the windfall Eucalyptus and guinea grass. The ocean view is emerging again and we have a good supply of firewood curing in the corner....there is, after all,😊 a brick oven and fire pit on the wish list.

After buying this parcel of land back in 2006, I have been vacillating between holding/selling it or building on it.

These are just the best! I have them located in lamps around the house, in bathrooms and kitchen. I am well illuminated even during the outages! Plus....you can use them as transportable lights in many situations beyond emergency use. I have given them as closing gifts to my clients too.
