Recently, attorneys from the Memphis office of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC volunteered their time and expertise at the free Second Saturday Legal Advice Clinic.
This walk-in clinic provides critical support to community members who might otherwise struggle to secure representation.
We want to extend our sincere appreciation to Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc.rea Legal Services (MALS) and the Memphis Bar Association (MBA). For nearly 20 years, their partnership has made this essential monthly service possible for our community.
The clinic is incredibly welcoming for volunteers of all backgrounds. Thanks to the dedicated MALS staff, participating lawyers receive excellent guidance and resources, making the program accessible and comfortable for attorneys at any experience level.
We encourage other local legal professionals to support this vital initiative.

👏 We welcome our newest attorney in the Memphis office, Brennan Liddle.
Brennan focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and general litigation defense. She brings a deep commitment to client advocacy and is fully licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Brennan built a strong foundation with a bachelor's degree in criminology from Mississippi State University. ⚖️ She then earned her J.D. and a specialized certificate in Health Law from the University of Memphis The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Her unwavering dedication to community service earned her the prestigious Memphis Bar Association Irvin Bogatin Social Justice and Service Award.
Before joining our firm, Brennan dedicated her talents to public interest law. Most recently, she served as a Medical-Legal Partnership Attorney at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. In this role, she fiercely advocated for patients and their families as they navigated complex civil issues. This diverse background gives her a highly specialized perspective when handling medical-related legal challenges for our clients.

Lance is a highly accomplished state and federal trial and appellate attorney. He manages litigation from the initial filing of a lawsuit all the way through the final appeals process. Over his career, he has successfully handled numerous complex appeals in the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Clients and colleagues value Lance for his sharp analytical mind, exceptional brief writing, and strong advocacy skills. He takes a highly strategic, hands-on approach to every case. We partnered with McKinnish Law Group PLLC and the TBA Young Lawyers Division to host a Wills for Heroes clinic at the Blount County Justice Center. Together, we dedicated an entire day to drafting free wills for local deputies. Our volunteers completed dozens of wills. Deputy Joseph P. Maus, Esq., shared his thoughts on the initiative:

Pictured here with Judge David Briley(right), former Mayor of Nashville and Judge Terry Fann(left), of Rutherford County, Lance is part of an incredible team dedicated to mentoring the next generation of trial attorneys.
The TDLA Trial School in downtown Nashville, was an opportunity for attorneys to step into the courtroom and gain hands-on trial experience. From voir dire to closing arguments, participants practiced every stage of a trial, received real-time feedback from seasoned judges and coaches, and even heard jury verdicts at the end of their mock trials.
