Nicholas Lee is an Attorney and the Founding Member of the law firm of Lee Criminal Defense. He runs his law practice understanding that a case isn't just a file, it is possibly the most important (an
d sometimes only) case his client may ever have. Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with a focus on Advocacy & Dispute Resolution from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school Nicholas was an editor on the Tennessee Law Review, Team Captain of the school's National Trial Team, and participated in numerous legal clinics and other activities. Upon graduation, Nicholas was inducted into The Order of Barristers, a National Order honoring those having exhibited excellence and having attained high honor through the art of courtroom advocacy. After graduation, Nicholas has continually striven to be a better and better advocate for his clients, their rights, and their liberties, all the while trying his best to give back to the community. Nicholas is a Co-Coach for the University of Tennessee College of Law's National Trial Team and serves in many capacities in Phi Alpha Delta, "a professional law fraternity advancing integrity, compassion and courage through service to the student, the school, the profession and the community." And while awards and recognition are nice, one of Nicholas's favorite parts of "the job" is when he is able to truly help someone out, changing their life for the better.
