📈It's not too late to see how the housing market fared in August!

Sales flattened out some in August after a robust first half of the year, bringing the overall picture more into alignment with previous seasonal trends. To date, 2026 sales are up 6.7% over 2025.

The 2026 State of Housing predicts continued improvement, with modest home price appreciation and increased home sales as buyers return to the market. Expanding housing supply, improving affordability and reducing development costs will be needed for long-term market health.
