Acquitted of the felony charge! We are very proud of our lead criminal defense attorney, Dillon Zinser, after his hard-fought victory during a jury trial today.

Dillon’s client was accused of a felony burglary charge. If convicted, the client was facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 12 years in prison. Identifying significant issues and weaknesses in the State’s case, Dillon prepared for trial. After deliberating, the jury unanimously agreed that Dillon’s client was not guilty of the felony charge, and voted to convict on a lesser misdemeanor. This verdict saved Dillon’s client from significant prison time.
