1,960 homes went pending โ€” up 3.5%.
28 days was the median time on market.
$385,000 was the median sales price โ€” up 2.69%.

So what does that actually mean?

More homes are coming to market and more homes are selling. Buyers have more options than they did a year ago, but theyโ€™re still making moves. Homes are taking a little longer to sell, which means pricing, presentation and strategy matter even more than they did when nearly everything moved immediately.
