Good Morning ☀️ Some reflections from this past week

*In divorce you may think there is a winner. But in fact, when a child is involved, no one wins. Divorce is Divorce and signifies the ending of an important part of your life.

* judges are restricted by the law in what type and how much alimony they can award. This is a numbers game and not based on your past income but what you currently are earning. Also alimony is not easy to obtain.

* mediation does not include third parties because these third parties are not attorneys, do not know the law, cannot give legal advice, and many times sway peoples opinions making mediation unsuccessful.

* lastly, your friends cases or experiences are different then yours and no two cases turn out the same. -Ever-

Did you see the temporary extension on work permits may become permanent?! The announcement comes right before the administration change helping many people maintain lawful working status without losing their jobs due to an expired work permit.
