Just had a client ask me, "Do we really have to fight this out in court?" It's a question I love hearing.
The truth is, many divorcing couples are surprised to learn there are multiple paths forward beyond traditional litigation. From mediation to arbitration to collaborative processes, these alternatives often save time, money, and emotional energy.
I've seen firsthand how alternative dispute resolution can transform the divorce experience when both parties are willing to approach the process reasonably. Not every case is right for ADR, but when it works, the benefits are substantial.
