Jury trial in State Court for client charged with a serious felony and as a habitual felon resulted in a jury verdict for only misdemeanor convictions.
Also, successful evidentiary hearing before the Lenoir County Board of Elections that maintained my client’s election victory as a new member of the Kinston City Council.
