Church - Virginia Court of Appeals - In a short opinion, they found that the use of the Flock information did not implicate the Fourth Amendment because the information gathered (pictures of defendant’s car and its license plate in various parts of the city) was publicly viewable so defendant did not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. I mean I get the rationale behind it, but still.
