The law firm of Wilson Worley PC is pleased to announce that attorney Presley Overbey has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Presley Overbey is involved in both the transactional and litigation practice areas at Wilson Worley, where she assists in a variety of matters for individual and business clients, including creditor's rights, estate planning and administration, medical malpractice defense, real estate and civil rights. She enjoys the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal issues and is dedicated to developing practical and well-reasoned solutions for the matters she handles.

Presley earned her Juris Doctor, summa cm laude, from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the LMU Law Review and was a member of the Mock Trial Team. Before attending law school, she graduated summa cm laude and as the valedictorian from King University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.

Houston works in several areas at Wilson Worley, including the formation of business entities, estate planning and administration, creditor’s rights, contract drafting, and real estate transactions. While in law school, Houston clerked for several law firms in the Jacksonville, Florida area and was a founding member of the Jacksonville Urban League’s Center for Advocacy and Social Justice. Houston is from Church Hill and now resides in Kingsport.
