Although I generally stay silent as to my personal belief as to politics, I believe there is none more important that local politics, as we feel those changes in our daily lives. Although Ms. Colette's opponents are also good, I can honestly say that I can, without a doubt, put my support behind her for Mayor of Kingsport. When she says she believes in Kingsport, she genuinely means it. I have had the opportunity and pleasure to get acquainted with and know Colette on a professional and personal basis. She works hard at her job, she works hard in our community, and she works hard in our rotary group. This is not a paid sponsorship, nor anything more than a simple request. If you believe that the "best person" for the job should, thus, receive the job, then Colette George, without a reasonable doubt, should be Kingsport's best mayor. To me, her resume touts her commitment to our community. Although I, myself, am a transplant, Kingsport is Colette's home, and she wishes nothing more than to better that. If you have any questions regarding her abilities, friendliness, candor, gumption, or capability to be our next mayor, I am happy to answer any of your questions. If I cannot, then I will introduce her to you myself and let her speak for herself. Kingsport needs Colette and her leadership.
