Amazing experience at AILA’s Citizenship Day 2018, representing my new friend Gracy, a refugee from Burma, in her naturalization application today. Upon naturalization, she will have all the rights of an American citizen, including the right to vote, to run for office, to apply for federal employment, to a trial by jury, and freedom of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
