Due to an unexpected notification from the City of Killeen that our water meter must be relocated, our office will be closed on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026.

We apologize for the short notice, as this situation was unexpected and beyond our control.

Although our offices will be closed and our office phones will not be answered, our tenant emergency after hours line will remain operational for emergency maintenance issues.

Our offices will reopen during normal business hours on Thursday, October 15.
