NEWS FLASH
Today, we were informed of a rumor circulating in Keystone Heights and Melrose, FL, that we want to address. There's a rumor that Keith and Patricia Hatch are selling their property at 350 S Lawrence Blvd in Keystone Heights, where they both have thriving businesses: Hatch Realty Services and D. Keith Hatch PA dba Hatch Accounting Tax and Business Broker Services.

We want to clarify that we are not selling the building; instead, we are preparing to utilize the space to better serve our community beginning in early 2025. Our businesses, Hatch Realty Services and D. Keith Hatch PA dba Hatch Accounting Tax and Business Broker Services will continue to operate and serve the community. So please watch and see what will fill that space in the coming months.

This situation likely arose from our recent decision not to renew our current tenant's lease while providing the tenant more notice than agreed to in the lease agreement.
