Today I went with my buyers to measure their soon-to-be new home for new flooring.

And here’s the part I want future homebuyers to hear:

They have room in their budget for new flooring because the seller is paying their closing costs.

That’s opportunity.

I know interest rates are higher, and I know that can make buying a home feel intimidating. You may even be looking at the market thinking, There’s no way I can afford to buy right now.

But please don’t make that decision before you know your options.

Sellers may be willing to help with closing costs, contribute toward an interest rate buydown, or negotiate other terms that can make a big difference.

You don’t need to know how all of this works. You just need to start with a conversation.

These girls. ❤️

I absolutely adore these three girls and their families. A HUGE shoutout to their parents for coming to Disneyland with us to celebrate Izzy’s Sweet 16! 🏰✨

God knows raising teenage girls isn’t always easy 😂, but it sure is a whole lot easier when you get to do it alongside other amazing families who love, support and look out for each other’s girls.

So grateful for this crew, their friendships, and the families behind them. ❤️
