Let’s give the market numbers a little context 🏡📊

When someone asks me, “Is it a good time to buy or sell?” I always want to know more. Which neighborhood? What price range? And what does your next move look like?

Because even nearby markets can tell different stories.

Here’s the share of listings that went under contract within their first 30 days in the updates we’re sharing:

📍 Southwest King County: 28%
📍 Southeast King County: 33%
📍 Snohomish County: 31%
📍 Pierce County: 31%

The interesting part? Activity changes quite a bit by price range. In Pierce County, 38.8% of listings priced up to $350K went pending within 30 days, compared with 20.6% in the $750K–$1M range.

That’s why one overall percentage can only tell us so much. Looking at the numbers for your area and price point helps us have a more useful conversation about your options.
