A lot of people ask me why I got into real estate... I'll be honest, initially it was for freedom; financial freedom, freedom from the "9-5", the rat race, having a direct boss, and mundane (to me) atmosphere.
As I've grown in real estate the past few months, I've learned what real estate is about. It's about providing a service and caring for people and their needs. A lot of people get into real estate for the money, which I understand, we all need to make a living. However, if money is the sole purpose, it's not right for you.
I genuinely care for people and want to help people and as I've grown and learned and talk with different clients, I'm seeing more that I want to help people find homes and serve them. EVERYONE deserves and has a right to sustainable, affordable, and safe housing (no matter the budget).
I want to help people get into homes they own, to help build wealth and equity without conditions (outside of taxes etc... non negotiables)...
I'm just putting this out there.. I've been reflecting a lot recently, and wanted to make sure I let people know why I'm really doing this and what I've learned. My goal, is to always give 100% transparency.
