KENOSHA LANDLORD OCTOBER MEETING
The Kenosha Landlord Association is pleased to welcome Deputy Joe Geissman of the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department Civil Process Unit as our featured speaker at its membership meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Deputy Geissman will discuss the role of the Civil Process Unit in landlord-tenant matters, including the service of legal documents, eviction procedures, and the Sheriff's Department's responsibilities in carrying out court-ordered evictions.

This informative presentation will provide landlords and property managers with valuable insight into the civil process and what to expect when working with the Sheriff's Department. Join us for an opportunity to learn more about these important procedures and ask questions directly of Deputy Geissman.
