Kennett OAKS Nutrition Center OAKS (Older Adults Keep Serving) Mission: To provide nutritious meals, beneficial supportive services and social interaction.

The OAKS Senior Nutrition Center provides a list of activities, such as BINGO on Monday and Wednesdays, as well as some great dancing to live music on Thursdays. The seniors center is under the umbrella of Aging Matters that provides and coordinates the following services for seniors: Advocacy, Counseling, Distance Dining Program, Family Caregiver Program, Health & Wellness Programs, Information

& Referral, In-Home Services, Legal Services, Long term Care, Ombudsman Program, Outreach, and much more.

A HUGE thank you to Ms. Pickens’ 2nd grade class! 💛🍋

On Tuesday, they held a lemonade stand and raised an incredible $844.05 for the OAKS Nutrition Center! Not only that, but they also handmade sweet cards for our patrons.

We are absolutely blown away by the hard work, kindness, and generosity of these amazing young people. The future is bright with kids like these in our community! 💕
