As we all go through life we will experience different living situations. From your parents house to your 1st apartment to your own condo or home. You also may encounter some uneasy situations. You know that loud neighbor who blasts music at 3 a.m.? Or maybe that friendly dog leaves “gifts” in your yard, but its owner doesn’t do anything about it. The first step is to work with your neighbor in a calm, friendly way. Make them first aware of the situation in a clam polite manner. If that does not work, knowing your local laws is a huge help as well. A discussion with your provider attorney can muscles 💪🏽 behind your misery. Ready for open enrollment season!

Hey ATEAM!! Well it is that time of year again....open enrollment!! I am back at it today. Even though we are dealing with a pandemic we still need to be prepared to service our existing accounts and open new accounts. With the overwhelming nature off Covid-19 there are a few things you need to be aware of as you visit with clients and companies:
1. Find out what are the rules of engagement by the client
2. Wear a mask
3. Bring your own hand sanitizer
4. Set your table up with your customer chair to the far left or right of you. Never directly across from you.
5. No hand shaking. 👊🏽 Fist pump if you must. They will understand.
6. Bring your own LS pens. Let the customer keep it when done with filling out their applications.
7. Keep as much distance as possible.
8. Be sensitive to the emotional state of mind of each potential client.
9. Remind everyone to get their Will and Healthcare Power of Attorney completed and sent in as soon as possible.
10. Educate everyone on our Corona Virus Resouce Center and send them the free version if they are not already a customer.
