🚨 IMPORTANT USCIS POLICY UPDATE 🚨

USCIS has updated its policy regarding Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and evidentiary standards.

What does this mean?

While USCIS may still issue RFEs when additional evidence is needed, officers now have greater discretion to deny certain applications without first issuing an RFE or NOID if the required initial evidence is missing or the applicant does not establish eligibility at the time of filing.

✅ Double-check your application before submitting it.

✅ Ensure all required forms and supporting documents are included.

✅ Do not rely on the opportunity to submit missing evidence later.

A complete and well-prepared application is more important than ever.

Si recientemente recibió una notificación de USCIS sobre la **tarifa de $100 para asilo**, es **MUY IMPORTANTE** que realice su pago lo antes posible.

✔️ Realice su pago a través de su cuenta en línea de **USCIS** en **[www.uscis.gov](http://www.uscis.gov)**
✔️ Inicie sesión con su usuario y contraseña
✔️ Vaya a su **solicitud de asilo pendiente**
✔️ Haga clic en **“Documentos”** para verificar si debe realizar el pago

📌 **Guarde una copia del recibo de pago para sus registros**
📌 Siga todas las instrucciones indicadas en su notificación (incluyendo entregar comprobante si es requerido)

⏰ **Fecha límite: 30 de mayo de 2026**

⚠️ No realizar este pago puede resultar en:
• Cierre de su caso de asilo
• Pérdida de su permiso de trabajo
