Treehouse Legal has moved to a new, more accessible office space at 149 Port Road in Kennebunk!

Join me tomorrow (Tuesday, Feb. 25) at Graves Library in Kennebunkport at 5:30pm for an Estate Planning Basics presentation. I will help you understand how probate works, how to choose between a Will or Trust, how to name guardians for minor children, and other basic planning considerations.

This presentation is a great place to start if you don't have an estate plan or guardians named for your children yet, or if you have questions about your existing estate plan. You will receive a handout listing the questions you'll need to answer and a step-by-step process for getting started, whether you choose to work with an attorney or carefully tackle it yourself.
