As the pandemic stretches into the fall and winter seasons, the Navajo Nation Judicial Branch continues to offer services on a limited basis. Domestic violence, children’s, criminal, and other urgent cases are on the schedule for hearing; however, civil and family civil cases are being pushed forward.
