On June 15, The firm took another multi-million dollar commercial verdict in a lengthy tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, contractual breach and theft of trade secrets case in a District Court. The opposing counsel consisted of two firms with hundreds of lawyers. Each member of our firm played a critical role in developing this case over the many years and through the tens of thousands of pages of paper involved. We saved the future of some extraordinarily fine folks. An extremely good time was had by all (at least all on our side).

November 13 (Friday) The firm argued before the Texas Supreme Court before a large crowd in Abilene. A team effort. It went extremely well. I had previously tried substantial cases before two of the justices.
