🚨Initial denial ➡️ $200,000 policy-limit settlement🚨

Having an attorney who is willing to dig into the facts can change everything.

Our client came to us after her claim was completely denied by the insurance company. She was making a left-hand turn when another driver slammed into her vehicle, flipping it onto its roof. The insurance company tried to completely blame our client (she did have fault because she was making a left turn) despite their driver’s Ford Escape hitting our client’s truck so hard, it was flipped on its roof.

Through a detailed investigation, including downloading and analyzing the EDR (“black box”) data from the other driver’s Ford Escape, we discovered that the other driver was driving 15 MPH over the speed limit at the time of impact. That excessive speed was a major contributing factor to the crash and the violent rollover of our client’s vehicle.

Once we presented the those facts and proved the other driver’s responsibility, the insurance companies went from a full denial to paying the $200,000 policy-limit. From denied to policy-limit. This is what happens when you have an attorney who cares and is willing to put in the work.

Our client, a firefighter, was injured when a distracted driver crashed into his fire truck while he was responding to an emergency. Before trial, the insurance company refused to offer more than $215,000. Through patience, trust, and persistence, our client allowed us to fully present his case—and the jury delivered a just result.

🎉 Happy New Year, Kansas City! 🎉 We were able to secure 176 policy-limit settlements, ranging from $25,000 to $1,500,000, in 2025!

As I reflect on 2025, I can’t help but to be in awe of how our firm continues to grow each and every year. Being born and raised in Kansas City has allowed me to have a hand on the pulse of our city and understand the intricacies of the legal environment in our area. That’s something you can’t buy or fake—clients inherently know this when choosing who to pick to represent them. It’s not corny advertising, it’s not gimmicky videos, it’s simply understating our clients and putting their needs first and foremost. Most of all, it’s DELIVERING RESULTS.

This past year’s success and growth have been a testament to the talented team we’ve slowly built over the years. Finding the right people to build a successful team takes time, but, when you do, the sky’s the limit. My team continues to grind for our injured clients each and every day and, I’m serious when I say this, I’d put our team up against anyone’s.
