Our team recently represented Stewardship Investments in the sale of 508–512 Main Street in Grandview, Missouri.

The property was first offered for lease in an emerging market, but it turned out to be exactly what Bailie Dental Lab needed. Bailie was already operating in Grandview and was looking for a way to relocate and expand without leaving the community where it built its business. Buying this property gave them both.

This is the kind of work we love: staying flexible, understanding each party's needs, and finding the path that works for everyone.

The best real estate transactions usually involve solving more than one problem.

Our team recently represented the seller of a 38,000 SF office building in Midtown Kansas City, directly along the KC Streetcar line.

The non-profit buyer, Legal Aid of Western Missouri, will renovate and occupy more than half of the building. Getting to closing meant navigating a complex transaction, including relocating several existing tenants to create the space Legal Aid needed.

This is the kind of work we love: understanding what each party needs, working through the obstacles, and finding a path that gets the deal done.

A big congratulations to Cole Stewart, who represented the seller and worked through the many moving pieces required to get this one across the finish line.
