The KC condo market is quickly catching up with or has got up with the single family market. Once flooded with condo's for sale, the market has rebounded and supply and demand are equaling out. What's the difference between a regular lien and a Judgment Lien?

When you sue somebody for money and win, you have a money judgment against him. However, standing alone, the judgment doesn't add money to your bank account. You must record the judgment to create a lien on the debtor's property. That means that if the debtor sells the property, money will be withheld from the sale to pay the judgment.
